Course Description:
We will meet at the Rathaus Köpenick, one of the symbols of Köpenick. We will start the German learning journey by walking towards the Schloss Köpenick, the palace of Joachim II. In the small garden overlooking the palace, we will work on our pronunciation. After that, we will walk a few steps to the east, to the historical Mutter Lustig, where the tradition of Köpenick’s laundry for Berlin began. There, at the River Dahme, we will learn some grammar. In a while, we will turn into the cosy Grünstraße and have a cup of good coffee at the Café Antoni, while practicing conversation. After that, we will stroll along the beautiful streets of Altstadt Köpenick past the Köpenick Alter Markt, which is now a broad square with a library and a local museum. At the library, we will have a few challenges and finally return to the Schlossplatz, where we practically began our journey.
Small changes in the route due to weather or current situation may happen…
